The Company means (Allmart Supplies Limited - trading as wingmirrorshop.co.uk) . The (Customer) means the person who buys or agrees to buy goods from the Company. By ordering our products and / or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Company warrants that the goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the Company. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the compatibility and suitability of goods for any particular purpose before ordering.
Please note: All compatibility guides on our website are shown for vehicles that have the United Kingdom specification and are for use on non-modified / standard vehicles and do not include special editions, limited editions, softtops, hardtops, estates, convertibles or cabriolet editions unless otherwise stated. Customers should contact the company before ordering if there is any doubt about an items suitability. We do not accept the return of any item that has been modified or fitted, so please ensure that any item is suitable before modifying or fitting.
Payment / Prices and VAT
The Company's normal terms of business are payment to be made prior to despatch of the goods. The contract will be deemed as active once the company has received payment in full and notified the customer of the despatch of the accepted order via email.
All prices displayed on the website include EU VAT, (where applicable) where the customers delivery address is within the European Union(EXCL VAT EXEMPT AREAS). For customers who select to have their order delivered outside the European Union(INCL VAT EXEMPT AREAS), prices do NOT include EU VAT. The company will enclose a full VAT invoice with all parcels delivered within the European Union (EXCL VAT EXEMPT AREAS).
Damages and Shortages
The Customer shall report any damage or shortage to the Company and the carriers in writing within 2 working days of delivery. All items must be checked before signing a proof of delivery from the courier if damage is present this must be written on the proof of delivery. Provided prompt notice of transit damage or loss is given, and provided it is proved to the Company's satisfaction that such damage occurred in transit in the UK but not otherwise, the Company will refund, repair or replace such equipment free of charge to the Customer. this does not effect your statuary rights as a consumer.
Any complaints must be reported to the Company by e-mail. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. At this point we will give a clear outline of any action that we will need to take and confirm a time scale to resolve any such complaint we expect all complaint to be dealt with within 28 days.
Normal delivery of orders will be 1 to 5 working days, but allow up to 15 working days (Monday to Saturday) for delivery to take place. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer. The risk in the goods shall pass from the Company to the Customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer. If a parcel sent by the Company has not been received by the customer after the allowed delivery time has passed, the Customer agrees to notify the Company via such methods as is required by the courier company / royal mail. Which will include providing written confirmation of non-receipt of any such parcel / order. The Company requires to be in receipt of written confirmation of a non delivered parcel / order before any replacement order or refund is processed.
All information on this website is considered to be true, accurate and up to date. The company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer acting on any information shown on this website.
Distance Selling Regulations
The terms and conditions of sale detailed below are provided for your information, in line with legislation contained in Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This legislation covers items bought where there is no direct contact between the supplier and the consumer. It does not apply where goods are bought for business use, from showrooms, fairs or exhibitions
The Distance Selling Regulations give consumers a 14 calendar day cancellation period - starting the day after receipt of the goods.
To cancel the contract under the terms of the Distance Selling legislation the company must be contacted in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The company will then contact the customer with a authorisation number within 5 working days. This number must be quoted on all returned goods so that the goods can be properly identified. The company cannot be held responsible for goods returned without proper identification.
Customers may return specified goods without reason for a refund of the purchase price. This excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications. Video recordings, computer software and dvds unsealed by the consumer are also excluded. Goods returned have to be complete and in a resalable condition including original packaging. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring, the goods until satisfactory receipt at the company will be borne by the customer unless the goods were delivered in error or if the goods were damaged on receipt.
The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation of the contract. All items returned to us must be sent by ROYAL MAIL only.
